I was browsing a few things, but the descriptions just didn’t give me enough to go on. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but I couldn’t really tell the size, the material, or even what was actually included with some of the items. I kept going back and forth, then ended up giving up because I didn’t want to guess wrong and be disappointed when it arrived

"It was fine, but the wait annoyed me"
The shipping took way longer than I expected and I was irritated by the time it finally showed up. The item itself was just okay, not amazing, not terrible. I wanted to be mad about the whole thing, but after using it a bit, I guess it’s usable. Still, I probably wouldn’t rush to buy it again.

I was disappointed when this showed up. It looked a lot nicer on the website, but in person it just felt kind of cheap and not very well made. A few of the details were messy too, which made it feel like it wasn’t really worth what I paid. I expected better quality from traditionsjewishgifts.com.

I tried getting in touch with customer service a few times, and I just didn’t hear back, didn’t hear back fast enough at all. It was frustrating because I only needed a simple answer, nothing complicated.

"Not as easy as they make it sound"
I was just trying to find a simple gift, and the whole site made it way more annoying than it needed to be. They make it seem like shopping there is quick and easy, but that definitely wasn’t my experience. The pages were slow, the layout felt cluttered, and I kept getting lost in the menu. Even checkout was confusing, which is the last thing you want after already struggling to find something. I ended up giving up.

"Delivery was a mess"
I ordered this expecting it to arrive when they said it would, but the delivery ended up taking way longer. The tracking didn’t really help either, so I kept checking and still had no clear idea what was going on. It was supposed to be a gift, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. i wouldn’t risk ordering from them again if I needed something to show up on time...

I don’t know, this just felt a little too awkward to give as a gift. Maybe it would work for someone else, but for me it didn’t really land. I kept second-guessing it after buying it, and yeah, it just wasn’t great for that purpose.

"Nice looking, but didn’t feel fully authentic"
I liked some of the pieces at first glance, and they do look on display, but I also couldn’t shake the feeling that a few items were more decorative than actually traditional or Jewish. Maybe I’m being a little picky, because they’re still nice, but they just didn’t feel as authentic as I was hoping.

"Got the wrong item"
I was annoyed when the package showed up because it was completely the wrong thing, not what I ordered at all. Like, how does that even happen? But after calming down a bit, I guess mistakes happen. Still, I hope they fix it because I’d really like to get the item I actually paid for.

"Ended up finding a nice gift, but wanted more options"
In the end, I did find a decent family gift, so it worked out. They have some really nice Jewish gift ideas, but a few categories felt a little limited to me. I just wish there were more modern options mixed in with the traditional ones.

"I was just looking for a simple Jewish..."
I was just looking for a simple Jewish gift, nothing fancy, and the prices on this site felt steep to me. A few things did look nice, but not nice enough, or I guess not special enough, to justify what they were charging.

I ended up checking a few other places and found similar items for less, so I decided not to order. Maybe the prices won't bother everyone, but for me they were definitely a big turn off.

I remember feeling a little disappointed when I first saw the package because the box was dented when it arrived. Thankfully, it wasn’t a huge issue, but the packaging itself was just okay and didn’t leave the best first impression.
